Something like the Animal Shape Sorter by Earlyears would be something great as a leanirng toy for your 6-month-old. It has different animal shapes and each has a unique sound. It is also very bright and colorful, so it’s great for babies of that age. Also the IQ Baby Knock-Knock Blocks Soft Blocks, which is a set of 16 soft building blocks. They care colorful, make different sounds, and have interesting windows and doors in the blocks themselves. I think this toy would also be super for your baby. There is also the Soft Blocks Educational Baby Toy by Galt which won the Right Start Best Toy award. I like these types of toys for the real little ones rather than the electronic toys.
